  1. IntroductionWelcome to Kairos Mobility Venture LLC[will be referred to as Kairos] (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our car rental services available through https://www.kairosmobility.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  1. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 21 years old (or 25 years old for certain vehicle categories) and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • You must have a valid credit or debit card in your name for payment and security deposit purposes.
  • You must meet our insurance and driving history requirements.

 3. Booking and Payment

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card.
  • Additional fees may apply for extra services, insurance, late returns, or mileage overages.
  • Cancellations and modifications are subject to our cancellation policy, which may include fees.
  1. Vehicle Use and Restrictions
  • Rented vehicles must be used in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
  • Vehicles can’t be taken outside the USA.
  • The vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement.
  • The renter is prohibited from using the vehicle for racing, towing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
  • Smoking and transporting hazardous materials in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
  • The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle with the agreed-upon fuel level.
  1. Insurance and Liability
  • Renters are required to have valid auto insurance or purchase coverage through us.
  • The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle unless covered by insurance.
  • Liability for third-party damages is subject to the terms of the insurance policy.
  1. Security Deposit and Fees
  • A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of rental.
  • Additional charges may apply for toll violations, traffic tickets, or damage to the vehicle.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours before the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows and early returns are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, may be processed within 7-10 business days. We may apply a fee and payment is within a timeframe.
  1. Roadside Assistance
  • Roadside assistance is available for mechanical breakdowns if a vendor is available, but fees may apply for issues caused by renter negligence.
  1. Termination of Rental Agreement
  • We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the vehicle if you violate any terms.
  • No refunds will be issued for terminations due to misuse or violations.
10.Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Dover, Delaware.
  • Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14 SMS Terms & Conditions
By agreeing to terms and conditions, you give consent to receive messages from Kairos Mobility

  14.1  SMS Consent Communication:  The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.  14.2 Types of SMS Communications:  If you have consented to receive text messages from Kairos Mobility, you may receive messages related to the following (provide specific examples): 
  • Appointment scheduling 
  • Appointment reminders 
  • Follow-up messages 
  • Transactional updates 
  • Billing inquiries 
Example:Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with the Kairos Mobility team at 10am on Friday May 9th. You can reply STOP to opt of out SMS messaging from Kairos Mobility at any time.  14.3 Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status.  14.4 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:  Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.  14.5 Opt-In Method:  You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Kairos Mobility in the following ways  
  • By submitting an online form 
14.6 Opt-Out Method:  You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.  14.7 Help:  If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at ​​https://www.kairosmobility.com/contact-us/  Additional Options: 
  • If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms. 
14.8- Standard Messaging Disclosures: 
  • Message frequency varies.
